Then it was people who hate Valentine's Day. Then it was St. Patrick's Day, and those people who take a personal day on the 18th every year. Then it was the life-pausing style-cramper that is Christmas, then the annual where shall I spend Thanksgiving struggle, then, last year, even Halloween passed by unnoticed except for a little talk of dressing up as Mystery the Pick Up Artist, abandoned in late September. Now, this April 1st marks my realization that there is no holiday I am not now grumpy about.
Well, I guess Easter. Nobody cares about Easter.
Maybe Frank Costanza was right: Festivus for the rest of us!
