well, you are right, but then so is that lady ... because if you are putting out your opinions then getting them republished elsewhere just robs of you some delightful convos you could have had ...
but if that lady is publishing technical content (managing email servers for web administrators?) then she has every reason to be mighty pissed because she is losing out on potential mail list subscribers, potential buyers of services/books and what have you.
It's not even a question of brilliance ... it's simply a question of giving up on the hope that people will ever find you through the search engines because some plagiarizing bot/idiot will have a higher page rank than you do.
