Unfortunately, the show sucked. I love her to death, but it seems that she surrounds herself with weak talent. The song she did at the opening was funny for 3 seconds.
There was a grand total of maybe 7 jokes that made me chuckle. That's 7 seconds of funny in a 20 minute sitcom.
Hopefully her next project will be the breakout.

Think of your favorite comedy shows. Now think of the first episode. The first episode is NEVER an indication of what a show is capable of. Look at 30 Rock! Keep watching! It's a grower.
