I Googled it and Everything
I posted today on the Jane blog: Prediction Reality: Ugly Betty Chic
(At least I have multiple witnesses to my Times Styles Nostradamity.)

My post today on the Jane Music + Celebs Blog: Remember the movie 'Fear'? You should Netflix it.
My post today on Jane's Music + Celebs blog: Finally, This American Life Offers a Free Podcast (starting today.)
Another great podcast: The Sound of Young America (and this week's show features the always-aforementioned John Hodgman and Jonathan Coulton.)
Last three Jane Guest posts:
Crocs: Now Offensive on Every Level
My girliest blog post since the real-time tampax focus group of 2003.*
* if only I could find the link!
Today's guest-posts on the Jane Blog:
*except in extreme moderation. (antioxidants!)
Today's Jane Magazine guest blog post: Unrelated Links: I Drank From the Fountain, Bitches!
Today's guest post on the Jane Magazine blog: Monday Links: Girls Are Funny
Today's guest post on the Jane Magazine blog: What's Your Movie Taste Demographic? (Inspired by Cinetrix and an LA Times article, I compared the top ten most Netflixed movies in each NYC borough.) I didn't put this in the post, but I didn't link to the movies, for two reasons:
1. I am very busy today.
2. I think the movie titles, without their contexts, make each list sort of a neat little revealing found poem about each borough. And I love that kind of sh*t.
Today's guest-post on the Jane Magazine blog: my friend John Green's comic novel, An Abundance of Katherines, comes out today, so I celebrate it and offer my theory of John's writing success.
You can buy the book here. And it's really really good! Yay!
Today's guest-post on the Jane Magazine blog: 4 Books Worth Reading.
(No obscure gems here, I'm basically just bragging that I've read a lot of books recently. But I do recommend them all.)
Today's guest post on the Jane blog: I find a reference to The Grapes of Wrath in last night's premiere of How I Met Your Mother.
It just doesn't get any dorkier than that, folks.
(Josh Radnor in a rare moment of introspection, from the Kenyon alumni mag '04)
Today's guest-post on the Jane Magazine blog: Suit Up, Dorks! How I Met Your Mother Season 2 premieres tonight!
Also, trivia: my friend John Green totally went to college with Josh Radnor.
* Today's Jane blog post: Nightmare on Sesame Street (sorry about the unoriginal title.)
* I've never been slandered on the internet so adorably. (When the archives are fixed, I'll add a category for "New York moments.")
* Gawker finally launches their music blog, Idolator. I think it looks nice (and Maura rules). I hope people keep the hate to a minimum because in the words of the great Patton Oswalt: "There's room for everyone. You can make it your own way."
Today's Jane blog post: Justin Timberlake plays my friend Brian's "lovesounds" game on TRL.
I'll be experiencing internet withdrawal all day today at an off-site meeting, but check out the Jane Magazine blog to see what I have to say about Crocs (I bet you'll never guess!)
Also, come to What's My Line? live tomorrow night at the Parkside Lounge at 8. It was tons of fun last month and I can't wait to be a panelist again. All the info is here.
(This is my first time trying out the "post later" feature, so if I messed up the formatting, OH WELL.)
* I'm guest-blogging for the Jane Magazine website again! Today's post: what we need today are funny weathermen (Shhh, just trust me!)
* What we also need today is Mandy Stadtmiller as this week's comedian guest blogger on the Comedy Central blog, reminding us of the brilliance of Gilbert Gottfried (Update: link had to be removed from there, but it's still here.)
